Grew up in a remarkable basketball family as the youngest child to father Shane and mother Jenny, both who had terrific basketball careers in the NBL and WNBL respectively.
His older brother Harry, and sisters Alicia and Keely have all ended up professional basketballers as well, and he has continued to grow into one of the genuine stars of the NBL, now at age 23.
Having grown up in Townsville, spent a season playing college basketball at Creighton University in 2018/19 before coming home to Australia initially to play an NBL1 South season at the Dandenong Rangers.
From there, signed at the Illawarra Hawks to make his NBL debut in 2019/20, and has continued his upward trajectory ever since.
Had his career-best season in what was a tough campaign for his team in NBL23, where he produced 14.0 points and 8.0 rebounds a game while co-captain alongside Tyler Harvey.
His continued performances as a big man has seen him earn some Australian Boomers opportunities, and has 114 NBL games under his belt and is ready to lead the Hawks back up the standings.
