Biography
The 26-year-old centre is on the verge of reaching 100 NBL games with the Sydney Kings and made a strong return in NBL23, to be a key contributor to the championship triumph.
Grew up in Sydney before joining the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence in 2015 and then heading to college where he spent all four years at Saint Mary's College, to continue the rich Australian history with the Gaels.
As a senior he ended up producing 7.9 points and 6.7 rebounds in over 23 minutes a game, along with being WCC tournament MVP, before returning home to begin his professional career.
Only managed 2.7 minutes a game in his 27 appearances with the Kings in the 2019/20 season but his role dramatically increased in 2020/21, where he went up to 21 minutes and delivered 9.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.1 blocks.
However, figure and navicular bone fractures meant he never made it on the court in the championship season for the Kings of 2021/22.
But he was back from the start of NBL23.
Would play a key role in that at that championship triumph by producing 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds in 12.6 minutes and now with that year under his belt, is entering his prime years and will look to rise further in NBL24.
