The 24-year-old forward has continued to improve over the off-season playing in the NBL1 Central competition ahead of joining Melbourne United for a second season.

Machar joined Melbourne for the first time in NBL23 as a Development Player and after hitting the court six times throughout the season, took his game to another level this NBL1 Central season at the Forestville Eagles.

He ended up averaging 16.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals per game with Forestville while shooting 49.6 percent from the floor as he now readies himself for an NBL season with Melbourne United.
