The hot shooting 6'7 guard who starred at Davidson College is coming back down under to play in the NBL at the Illawarra Hawks for the 2023/24 season.

While he did grow up in South Korea, Lee is no stranger to Australia having joined the NBA Global Academy as part of the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence program in 2018 and 2019, before beginning his college career at Davidson.

With the Wildcats, he would end up averaging 12.7 points and 4.5 rebounds over his 84 games in three seasons, highlighted by 15.8 points and 6.0 rebounds in 2021/22 while shooting at 39.7 per cent from deep.

Since then, played a season in the NBA G League at the Santa Cruz Warriors after nominating for the 2022 NBA Draft and now the son of a mother who won silver for South Korea in basketball at the 1984 Olympics has joined the Hawks of the NBL for the 2023/24 season.
